HOLIDAY CLUB OPEN 5th-22nd August 2025.

Term 1: 8th Sept-31st Oct (8 weeks)

Childcare
For children aged 4-11 (Early Years, Home Ed, Alternative Provision) Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Core Sessions 9am-3pm with wrap-around care subject to availability.
Holiday Club
We offer holistic holiday childcare for children aged 4-11
Before arrival, please ensure you have completed the Registration & Permissions Forms (above).

To book, click the button below then select the term on which the holiday is at the end (e.g. October half term holiday falls at the end of Term 1, so click Term 1). Book the individual days you require. Core hours (9am-3pm) and wrap-around hours (from 8am until 5pm) are booked separately.

Payment Options:

Self-funding by booking blocks of sessions termly in advance, or booking ad hoc sessions (£5 surcharge per session).

Government funding is available for all children until the end of the term in which they turn 5. We will set this up on your behalf using information provided on your Application form. A small surcharge for each session is payable on booking.

Children with an EHCP are charged a higher rate and receive a higher ratio of care. This is usually paid for by the Local Authority once we are named as the Alternative Provision on their EHCP/EOTAS package.

Tax-Free Childcare payments are accepted. Use the Bespoke booking form then transfer payment directly.

Universal Credit recipients can get up to 85% childcare payments reimbursed. Book as usual then submit your invoices to UC.

Loyalty Discount available for regular childcare attendees booking In The Wild sessions.

Children may attend up to three term time childcare sessions before they must be registered as an official Free Spirit by completing the Childcare Registration & Permissions Forms (above) and paying the £50 registration fee to:
